Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo



Ingredients:

6 Slices of Turkey Bacon (Cut into 1/2 pieces)
1/2 cup of chopped Red Onions
1 cup of frozen peas
1/2 of Fettuccine cooked
2 (16 ounces) jars of plain Fettuccine sauce

Extras:

1 cup of Spinach

To taste:  

Peppercorn seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Cook and stir bacon in large skillet until crisp.
Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Stir in onions into the same skillet (cook and stir 3 min until tender.)
Add in fettuccine sauce, peas, bacon, and pasta.
Toss to evenly coat.
Sprinkle with peppercorn seasoning.

If desired, add in spinach and grated Parmesan sauce.


This is a wonderful staple to my family menu.  We have this dish at least once a month and it can be quickly prepared and you can add in plenty of extras:  chicken, tomatoes, broccoli, etc.
