Week One of the 21 Day Fix DONE!





Whew!  What an amazing week of meals and workouts done.  My favorite workout by far is the Dirty 30, however I was please to have the Pilate day.  My body felt incredible to doing stretches.  I also know that my challengers were very grateful for the pilates day, especially starting with leg day first.  





My favorite meals this week:  
Lemon Pepper Chicken with Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes
Bruschetta 
"Rainbow" Tortellini Soup






"Rainbow" Tortellini Soup  -- it is my daughter's favorite







My promises/goals this week:

To add more salads into my plan -- somehow I managed to get only one salad in this past week
To record a workout clip to share with my challengers


My results:

Already down 3 pounds -- first week
I haven't measured inches yet
