This is a sample of our meal plan with the 21 Day Fix and what you can have in the lowest bracket, as you can see that you are not starving. Here is a backstory on the program itself:
The 21 Day Fix combines a little bit of everything as far as workouts go. You will get a fair amount of cardio, but it will also incorporate some resistance training to help you with strength and tone. In addition, you get a solid meal plan plus portion control containers to help you stay in track. The workouts are only 30 minutes a day.
Our 21 Day Fix program has our nutritional shake into the meal plan, Shakeology. It has been my breakfast for the past two years. It kickstarts weight loss and helps you maintain it as well. Also, it is like heaven in a cup! We have seven different flavors - vanilla, chocolate, vegan chocolate, strawberry, vegan strawberry, greenberry, and cafe latte.
